Launch Sequence Before GitHub and Cloudflare Pages

The current workflow is intentionally local-first. The site should be branded, built, and checked before a private GitHub repository is created.
Sequence
First finish the visual foundation and content model. Then add real product images, Shopify public handles, and R2 paths. After that, push to a private GitHub repository and connect Cloudflare Pages.
Build Rule
Use the official prebuilt Hugo Extended binary. Do not build Hugo Extended from Go source.
